Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
